This is new method of window cleaning and has many benefits over traditional methods. What is the Tucker Pole System? The Tucker pole system was developed over 30 years ago to reduce the risks associated with ladders and hydraulic platforms. A long flexible pole, headed with a soft brush, is used to clear dirt, and cobwebs from your windows. The pole is also connected to a purified water supply, which rinses away dirt, mineral deposits and detergent residues. How will this provide me with a better service? Extra areas cleaned We will now be able to clean your window frames, as well as the glass and sills. This will save you both time and effort in cleaning and painting your frames as well as reducing maintenance costs. This additional service will be provided as standard each time we clean your windows with the new system. We are also able to provide you with a cladding and fascia cleaning service. Cleaner Glass While detergents are an essential part of the traditional cleaning process they leave a very thin film of residue on the glass. We live in a hard water area and this can also leaves a residue of mineral deposits. The two step brush and rinse process means that we do not need to use detergents in the cleaning process. The water we use is 99.9% pure and leaves no residues whatsoever, even when the glass dries in sunlight. The good news is that the process will also remove past detergent residues and mineral deposits, leaving you windows noticeably cleaner and letting more light into your home. The absence of these residues will also ensure that your windows look newly cleaned for longer as it is harder for dust to adhere to the glass. No Ladders We can reach up to 25 meters (7-8) floors, so we are able to reach even the most inaccessible windows without the need for ladders or hydraulic platforms. This means you no longer have to worry about ladders being placed in flowerbeds or rested against fragile tiles. Naturally this is also a lot safer for us as we get to keep two feet on the ground! Do you need access to our water supply? No, the water purification system is mobile but it also contains a mobile water tank. Do we need to provide access to power? No, the system has it's own power supply. The windows were wet when you left; won't that leave spots and streaks? When standard tap water is applied to glass it evaporates leaving a residue of mineral deposits and detergents, as we use water that is 99.9% pure and contains no detergents. Therefore it doesn't leave spots as it dries and there is no need to manually dry the glass. Will all the residues be removed first time? It is possible that the residues have been building up on your windows for some time. As a result it may not be possible to remove them all with the first clean. Should you be dissatisfied with the results, please call us immediately and we will remedy the situation. Will the brush damage my windows? The system has thirty years unblemished record of quality. The brushes have been specially designed for the purpose and have been used to successfully clean all types of glass & frames. The system is so gentle that we have even used it to clean the paintwork on our cars What if I don't want you to use the new system on my house? If, after the first clean, you would still prefer us not to use the new system we will revert to the traditional sponge and squeegee method for your property.
